The MyView Online Panel ("MyView"), is owned and operated by I-view Pty Ltd (ABN 31 105 276 846), 14/168 Walker St North Sydney, NSW 2060, Australia ("I-view").
By registering as a MyView Member ("Member") you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. I-view reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice subject to written approval from state regulatory authorities. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the I-view website. Your use of the I-view website following the posting of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
Membership in the MyView Panel is open to residents of Australia aged 15 and above only. Only one account may be maintained per person. I-view reserves the right to suspend those accounts that are thought to be duplicate entries. I-view reserves the right to close survey response periods early.
Except as required by law, Members shall keep confidential and not disclose to any third parties the contents and any information associated with any surveys.
Members are eligible to earn points based on the surveys they complete. Points may be redeemed for rewards. All accumulated points are forfeited when a Member resigns or is removed from the panel. Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. Points can only be redeemed for items listed on the Rewards page of the I-view website. I-view reserves the right to remove or replace any reward from the list without notice.
I-view reserves the right to authenticate any information logged on the website, including registration details. I-view adheres to Australia's Privacy laws and the Market and Social Research Privacy Principles of the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations. Please see the Privacy Statement for further information.
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the MyView registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify the MyView Online Panel Manager of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. I-view cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
I-view reserves the right to terminate the membership and account of any MyView Member without prior notice and in I-view's sole discretion. Circumstances in which a Member shall be terminated include but are not limited to (a) breaches or violations of the Terms and Conditions or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) the existence of multiple accounts for the same Member; (c) lack of regular participation in the online surveys by a Member; (d) an invalid email address registered for an account; (e) a Member responds to emails or surveys that are intended for another person; (f) false or fraudulent responses or other fraudulent activity. I-view may terminate or modify the MyView panel in its sole discretion. Termination for any reason will result in forfeiture of any accumulated points.
I-view shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct or indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or in connection with the I-view website or its contents or any website accessed from the I-view website or any other website. I-view exclude all implied conditions and warranties except any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which would be void. This clause does not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Trade Practices Act of 1974) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of this clause to be void.
You will take all necessary action to defend and indemnify I-view, its officers and employees against all costs, expenses and damages incurred in connection with any claim brought by a third party against I-view arising from a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions or the Privacy Statement.
I-view makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of this website or any site(s) linked to this site. I-view is not liable or responsible for the content of any other websites, including any website through which you may have gained access to our website or to which you may gain access from our website. The inclusion of any link does not imply I-view's endorsement of the linked sites, or any association with their operators.
If any provision of this notice shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable to the extent that it is unlawful, void or enforceable, but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. As used in this notice, I-view means I-view Pty Ltd.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales and Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Australia.
All items featured in the gift catalogue published on the I-view website are used for reference only and are available while stocks last. If your ordered items are out of stock, I-view will arrange items with similar brand and value for replacement or provide a point credit for other redemption purpose.
I-view is not the supplier of the products listed in the catalogue and does not take any responsibility for any liability arising in conjunction with the purchase or use of products supplied. Any dispute should be directed to the supplier.
All redemptions are subject to sufficient Available Balance of points and I-view's final acceptance. Redemption will be cancelled automatically in the event of violation of terms and conditions of MyView.
Once redemption has been accepted by I-view, it cannot be changed or cancelled. To make a redemption, panellists will need to log on to the members area and then go to the members 'MyPrizes' section. Follow the instructions to select and redeem your prize.
I-view reserves the right to change the terms and conditions herein from time to time without prior notice.
I-view shall not be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of coupons or gifts subsequent to redemption through MyView.
I-view reserves the right in cancelling membership for members who fail to comply with the Terms & Conditions set out herein.
In case of any dispute arising out of MyView membership, the decision of I-view shall be final.
Members who withdraw from MyView membership will need to redeem points for reward items to clear the points before resignation. Remaining points after resignation will be forfeited.
- To be eligible for the AUD$1,000.00 cheque prize in draws 1-5, all active members of the MyView Online panel as at the date of prize draw, will go into the draw and one member will be randomly selected each month as indicated in dates below.
- Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of I-view Pty Ltd and any agencies associated with this research are ineligible to enter.
- Start date for the monthly promotion is 01/02/2010.
Draw 1 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/02/2010 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 28/02/2010. The draw will take place at 10am, 02/03/2010, at I-view, Level 14, 168 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 04/03/2010.
Draw 2 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/03/2010 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 31/03/2010. The draw will take place at 10am, 06/04/2010, at I-view, Level 14, 168 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 08/04/2010.
Draw 3 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/04/2010 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 30/04/2010. The draw will take place at 10am, 04/05/2010, at I-view, Level 14, 168 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 06/05/2010.
Draw 4 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/05/2010 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 31/05/2010. The draw will take place at 10am, 01/06/2010, at I-view, Level 14, 168 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 03/06/2010.
Draw 5 entries commences 12.00am AEST 01/06/2010 and close 11.59pm AEST on the 30/06/2010. The draw will take place at 10am, 06/07/2010, at I-view, Level 14, 168 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The winners will be notified in writing after the draw and a public notice will also be placed in The Australian on 08/07/2010.
- The total prize value is $5,000. The prize value per draw is:
Draw 1: 1 x AUD$1,000.00 cheque. Total value of all prizes: AUD$1,000.00.
Draw 2: 1 x AUD$1,000.00 cheque. Total value of all prizes: AUD$1,000.00.
Draw 3: 1 x AUD$1,000.00 cheque. Total value of all prizes: AUD$1,000.00.
Draw 4: 1 x AUD$1,000.00 cheque. Total value of all prizes: AUD$1,000.00.
Draw 5: 1 x AUD$1,000.00 cheque. Total value of all prizes: AUD$1,000.00.
- If any of the prizes remain unclaimed as of 29/10/2010, despite all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner and following approval from the NSW Department of Gaming and Racing the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted for any unclaimed prize/s at I-view, Level 14, 168 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 at 10am on 29/10/2010.
- Entrants' personal contact information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. All personal contact details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. One prize maximum per person per draw. Entries will not be carried forward from one draw to another. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence entered into.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
